I have not experienced fever, cough, colds, sore throat, shortness of breath, or any flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days, nor have I been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with an infectious disease. I acknowledge that participating in this event involves physical exertion and possible SIDLAK, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my health and safety during the run. I agree to follow all health and safety protocols set by the organizers, and I release SIDLAK.Ph and its partners from any liability for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur as a result of my participation.
